The most common cause for “Invalid passcode” error When logging into CTMS is that the time on your device is not syncing properly. To make sure you have the correct time in your Google Authenticator app, follow the steps below;
- Go to the Main Menu (3 dots)
- Select Setting
- Select Time correction for codes
- Select Sync now
- A pop-up will appear on your screen, the app will confirm that the time has been synced, and you can now use the verification code to log into CTMS.
