When a user does not log in to CTMS for more than 30 days, the user's account will be automatically suspended by CTMS based on the security policy.
Suspended user accounts can be activated or reopened by users with admin access.
  1. Login to CTMS as Admin
        
  1. Click on User Management
      
  1. Click the search button and find the user you want to unlock
      
  1. After the user is found, click the 3 dots button and select CTMS User Settings
  1. Uncheck Locked then click SAVE.
