Login to CTMS
In the Select Template list, select Steel Reinforcement Inspection Checklist
Fill in the required information, Location, Remark location, and Attachment documents if any.
Fill in the checklist
Sign, click SUBMIT then select next user to Verification
Steel Reinforcement Inspection Checklist submitted, and the status now is Pending Verification
