What’s New?

1. Copy Plan or Duplicate PTW Plan

New Feature Copy Plan or Duplicate PTW, now users can copy or clone the previously submitted PTW.
This will help make it easier for users to raise PTW.
  1. Duplicate PTW
Users can copy with the same PTW Plan Setup as before or can edit several fields.
Some fields that can be edited are;
  1. Location (Zone, Building, Level, Grid, and Location Remark)
  2. Start date
  3. Duration (Plan)
  4. Remark
  5. Person Responsible to submit the document
Fields that cannot be edited in the PTW plan setup are;
  1. Play forms
  2. Type of PTW
  3. Equipment
The copied PTW plan will be in the draft on the PTW Calendar
In the copied PTW Plan, the Prerequisite will be copied too
  1. Letter of Appointment
  2. Risk Assessment
  3. Safe Work Procedure
Users can add or remove prerequisites as needed in the new PTW Plan.

2. Prevent another company to copy our checklist/form

To prevent unwanted use when copying checklists or forms from other companies, we are updating the following;
  1. Delete Copy button for checklist/form on Records PTW page
  2. Delete Copy button for checklist/form on My Tasks page
  3. Between companies cannot copy the checklist or form, especially for Maincon copying the Subcon Form
