Responsibilities:
- Good learning skill, able to test and deploy new products and updates
- Handle customers’ inquiry and conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback
- To gather product issues and communicate with technical team hence resolve the issues
- Demonstrate good knowledge for web-based solutions and Internet security issues
- Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and troubleshooting skills
- IT forum support – reply customer inquiry in the forum, feedback of technical as well as any other product-related issues
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and plan for the best route
Requirements
- Diploma/ITE/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Preferably candidate specializing in Networking & IT related Technical Support or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Experience:
- Software engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
- IT technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
