Responsibilities:

  • Good learning skill, able to test and deploy new products and updates
  • Handle customers’ inquiry and conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback
  • To gather product issues and communicate with technical team hence resolve the issues
  • Demonstrate good knowledge for web-based solutions and Internet security issues
  • Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and troubleshooting skills
  • IT forum support – reply customer inquiry in the forum, feedback of technical as well as any other product-related issues
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and plan for the best route

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITE/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate specializing in Networking & IT related Technical Support or equivalent
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Experience:

  • Software engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
  • IT technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
