The process of computer software learning a language is similar to a newborn baby growing up. A baby’s language development takes time and follows a sequential order, from the baby’s first words, to understanding sentences, to full communication. They have been evolving their software for the past 47 years, thoroughly perfecting each stage in development.
Their mission is to create a world free of language barriers, allowing people to understand and communicate freely with each other. With their current technology, they have language translation at a level similar to a 15 year old. They strive everyday to make advancements to their software so that one day their technology will mature into an articulate adult. Working towards our mission, they take a step forward each day. They chip away a piece of the language barrier. They are SYSTRAN.
